Charlie Panayi is an entrepreneur, investor, and keynote speaker known for his direct approach to business, responsibility, and execution.

He entered the property industry at a young age, purchasing his first property at 18 and becoming a self made millionaire by the age of 25. His early success led to senior leadership roles including Regional Director of European Property for API Global and Head of International Property Investment for deVere Group, the world’s largest independent financial consultancy, alongside others. Including developing customer experience programmes for some of the largest blue-chip organisations worldwide.

Today Charlie is an active investor and operator who has built multiple property & business portfolios. His experience spans acquisition, scaling, portfolio strategy, and helping investors on building structured long term wealth through property and business.

Alongside his commercial work, Charlie is committed to creating meaningful impact. He serves on the Board of Directors for Mountbatten Hospice and is the driving force behind Zoe’s Law, a campaign advocating mandatory testing of removed moles and skin tags for melanoma following the loss of his sister Zoe to skin cancer at the age of 26.

Charlie’s work is built on a simple belief. Most people are capable of far more than they allow themselves to pursue.

Throughout his career he has seen that success rarely comes down to talent alone. More often it is determined by discipline, responsibility, and the willingness to act on fear despite uncertainty.

Based between the Isle of Wight and London, Charlie works with individuals and organisations across the UK and internationally through speaking engagements, mentorship, and investment partnerships.
